Kamlesh Thakur

Kamlesh Thakur has significant experience in the Indian Capital Markets, having worked in both the primary and secondary markets for over 25 years. He has successfully raised growth capital (Equity and Debt) across industries assisting entrepreneurs in scaling up their business. He is a Graduate in Science with an Engineering background and has studied Law & Finance.

He is well networked in the professional Trade Finance community, having structured and arranged a large number of Trade Finance transactions globally. He is a frequent speaker at Global Trade Finance platforms in India, Middle East and Europe.

He enjoys riding horses, adventure sports and classical music. During his spare time he works on restoration of period furniture, which he is fond of collecting.

Siddharth Thakur

Siddharth Thakur completed his Masters in Automobile Engineering in the UK in 2011. He spent 10 years working for Tata Technologies in the UK. During his time there, he delivered vehicle programmes for Jaguar Land Rover, McLaren and Volvo. Siddharth returned to India and completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, in 2023 and joined the Prime Investrade Limited.

Siddharth has since been leading the investment banking practice raising funds for clients ranging from startups to large companies listed on the Indian stock Markets. He also leads trade finance and debt deals for clients.

Siddharth’s interests include working out, sailing and squash. He is a Sailing National Champion and has competed in state-level squash tournaments.

Arjun Thakur

Arjun Thakur graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester in 2013, where he developed his leadership and organisational skills through active involvement in student societies.

After returning to Mumbai, Arjun built his career in Solar Power and Risk Management, specialising in service selling, B2B sales, and Cyber Risk Management. He notably redesigned a critical process for one of India’s largest banks, cutting their turnaround time from 60 days to 11 days. He later led Customer Success and Partnerships at a logistics startup, driving digital transformation and boosting client retention.

Currently, Arjun focuses on expanding the family business, Prime Investrade, where he leads strategic partnerships and the debt side of operations. His broad experience in scaling operations guides his approach to business growth.

Outside of work, Arjun enjoys trekking in the Western Ghats and performing with musical bands across India. You can often find him on the football pitch during his downtime.
